Nicely proportioned shoes, were perfect on my right foot but I had to return because they pressed in a tender spot on the top of my left foot. I'm sure this was a foot issue rather than a shoe issue. The strap buckle maybe rests at a slightly uncomfortable point, right on the ankle, possibly wouldn't bother most people. I usually buy size 5 or 6 depending on style, I got 6 in these and would have fit perfectly without my foot problem.

Love these shoes. Ordered a size 7 my usual size but they were to small. Reordered a size 8 which are perfect. Company refunded the first pair very quickly. Would recommend. Shame they don’t do them in a mustard colour, would defo buy again

As someone who has pronation it is increasing difficult to find a supportive shoe without costing the earth. I debated about ordering these but as they had a free returns process I thought I'd give them a go. I would recommend measuring your feet with the size guide, as I had to order a size larger than I normally do. The shoes came really quickly, in good packaging, and fit like a glove. Due to the slight lift in the sides of the shoes I am able to insert a 3/4 orthotic in easily. I have worn these on an evening, a 15 minute walk there, danced all night and a 15 minute walk home, no discomfort, rubbing or plasters needed. Delighted with these and have just received my 2nd pair. Would recommend!!

My daughter uses these shoes for school and they fit well since she is Size 5.5 at the moment. I don't think the quality is great so we will see how long they last. They only cost £20.99 and were delivered quickly. Would buy these again if they were made in real leather.

The size is bigger than UK sizes . I am a size 5 but a size 7 arrived . Thought I'd received the wrong size but they fit like a true size 5

I don't like the flatness of ballet flats but the little heel on these is just about OK. I'd given up on the style if shoe as I could never find any that fit or stay on. I am a size 8 so went for the 9. If I'm honest a 8 & 3/4 would be perfect. The ankle strap helps keep them in place and, for me, supports my knackered, never really got fixed, very swollen, triple sprained ankle.A nice rounded toe stops the ones inside being nipped!I will need hidden tight sock things to walk any distance in them as they are very slippery inside when your feet get only a bit warm. The sole padding isn't that great either so I felt my toes clentching not to slide in them when it was raining a bit when I walked home. I was not worried about slipping on wet pavement as the bottoms have some grip.If that wasn't the and there was an extra 1/2 inch of heel it'd been 5 stars from me.Beautifully packaged as everyone says.I'll buy other colours.

I normally struggle getting shoes that fit due to needing wide fit shoes. Ordered two sizes. My normal size and a size up. And for once my actual size fitted. Did have to manoeuvre the heel to get my foot in but fits like a glove once that’s done!
