I'm new to this herb so I'm not sure if this is normal or not; I like the product and don't feel it's unsafe in any way. I do realize much of the Lungwort is recovered after falling to the ground -- but it has bits of very fine small sticks or grasses that float while the lungwort swells and sinks in the cup of tea. Maybe needs more diligent cleaning/separating.

I believe it's legit. It's very ... well... earthy. I think it's a good value bit as a supplement I honestly can't really say. I can say I do t feel really different, but most supplements won't have you feel different. But for the value, I'd say yes try it
