10727 Oil Stabilizer - 12 oz.

Love me some Lucas products. I used this in a m8 4qt of mineral oil, and one of these has the level perfect.

I have an older carb'ed bike that used to occasionally have "gear chatter" (esp. in the lower gears)... but after using this stuff (I use 6 oz per oil change instead of the whole bottle), the chatter exists no more. Add to that the fact that I live in the south & my oil quickly turns to the consistency of water during the warmer months, & this stuff becomes even more valuable. Could I use a heavier oil than synthetic 20w50? Sure... but when I use this stuff, it alleviates my need to buy 2 different weights of oil (in bulk) ~ 1 for 3 season use & another for winter (since our winters rarely drop much below 32°F / 0°C). If I had to guess, I'd put the weight of this stuff around "55", which would explain why it smooths the engine & gear shifting so much. No matter its actual weight, this stuff exceeded my expectations, & for those with a situation similar to mine, it's sure to exceed yours as well.

I had sluggish shift problems from 1st to 2nd and used that with my oil change and the bike shift much better now.

I like lucus oils I put it in all my vehicles they all run great and gotten better gas mileage used it for years and will continue to use for many years to come .great product for the money

I recently bought a Honda Goldwing 1500 and searched on Youtube for oil additives that would help a high-mileage engine. A guy there has a channel (called Project Farm, IIRC) on which he does things like treat identical lawn mower engines with various additives and then runs them to destruction after draining them of oil, seeing which additive makes the engines run for the longest time before seizure. Lucas products do extremely well in his tests, so I bought this for when I did an oil change on the bike. One problem that was apparent on my bike was that neutral was hard to select when the motor was hot. The first thing I noticed after the oil change was that neutral could be easily selected whatever the temperature of the engine. Another issue with the bike was that the clutch was inconsistent: sometimes it would take up at a point in the lever travel where at other times it would still be slipping. This made low-speed manoeuvring something of a trial. That is now a thing of the past, and the clutch is much better. The whole transmission is significantly quieter, as is the engine. I am extremely pleased with this product. Another bottle has been bought to sit on the shelf for the next oil change, and their car oil stabilizer has also been obtained for when I perform an oil change on my Volvo V70 T5.

The claim I'm impressed with is the one that suggests this product stops leaks. I have a 2013 Honda CR-V which burns oil. I was skeptical but I have noticed an improvement with the amount of top up oil I have had to use. This product works and in the long run will save money.

Works great, I added this to my car engine as a preliminary test before purchasing a more expensive option… Dropped temps by 20 degrees and the engine sounds smoother and quieter! Very impressed with the results.

I have used Lucas for years on my car. My motorcycle had a very little rattle. Did not make any difference
