Amazing product but need more features!
Overall great! If you use Zoom a lot, this works really well. Screen is amazing, microphone and speaker quality both great. Considerations before you buy: 1. Wide angle cameras show more, but also put more pressure on you to have organized and eye-pleasing background. 2. Features not nearly as comprehensive as the iPad/iPhone app, like joined muted/video-off, touch up appearance, etc.Suggestions to Zoom: please add more features! This device is great, but add more features through software updates! Those one can do on iPad should be here for the most part, and Digital blur of background, with adjustable level of blur, would be so nice!

Great product!
DTEN ME worked well for me. It's not very heavy and not very large and I fit it well on my desk. The zoom conference experience is great. If you need to attend video conferences often, this is the best product for you. Also, it can use it as a monitor too, I used it as a second monitor while not on a meeting.

Great product until I breaks. Didn’t even last a year.
It was a great product for about 10 months. Suddenly the picture is gone. Others can still hear me but can’t see me. The customer service is a joke. I have been trying for over a month to get customer support. Don’t waste your money on this product.

Zoom and monitor platform
I have found only one thing about my monitor that I could say negative: I wish I had gotten the largest one. I love that it’s a dual monitor and zoom platform all rolled into one. LOVE IT!!!

Great concept. Voice-quality audio.
We pre-ordered one of these directly from DTEN right after they were announced. Distance learning with ADHD kids is a nightmare because they constantly distract themselves with everything possible on the computer and internet. We thought it would be fantastic to have a Zoom-only machine. We even nicknamed it "Zoomer".Although originally promised by end of August, the box showed up in late November. We had already found alternative solutions to the original problem for Fall distance learning, but still let the order go through because it still seemed like a great concept.Opened the box. Plugged it in. We have wired cat5 in the house (2 adults and 3 kids on Zoom all day) which the DTEN is designed for. This quick start guide encourages wired connection. I did not try and don't know how to set up wireless. Wired setup was pretty easy. It gives you a couple of activation codes, one for DTEN and one for Zoom. It updated its own software. No glitches. The touch screen Zoom interface is familiar and worked fine.Where it fell apart for me was screen quality. The screen was completely washed out, like a layer of fog over everything. See the picture comparing the DTEN with a MacBook Pro. I didn't expect stellar 4K, but I didn't expect washed out. It was pretty heartbreaking. I first submitted a support ticket to see if there was something wrong with my unit, but then I tried the audio. (SEE UPDATE: probably a defective unit)Voice audio is fine. No problems. Better than my MacBook mic. But we use Zoom for music lessons (violin and cello). With our Macs we use an external Yeti microphone and Zoom's special no-echo-cancellation-high-fidelity settings and it works fine. The DTEN has similar settings (not completely the same, which I found odd), but there's no place for an external microphone. The internal microphones are not good enough for music lessons.. The violin sounded horrible. It may not be the microphones per se, but I could never find a way to get the noise cancellation algorithms to quit cutting in and out and messing everything. We played with it for about an hour, packed it up, and will send it back.UPDATE 11/25: I bumped my review rating up to 4 stars based on the customer service response. They were prompt in responding. An account executive even called me to ask what was going on with the unit. Clearly a foggy screen is not what they intended and are treating my unit as defective. I'll take them at their word. The return process has been as professional as I could ask for.

DO NOT BUY THIS!
The customer service is nonexistent. I have a DTEN that I bought in July of 2021 and this unit is "bricked". I was told its out of warranty and they won't make good on this. Beware, this product is great when it works, but if it doesn't work, you have no recourse.
