I have an existing pipe 3" interior and 3.5" exterior. what size coupling and termination vent do i need?

All 3" pipe is 3.5" O. D., otherwise it is not 3" pipe; I. D. will vary due to pipe thickness or schedule. Schedule 40 3" pipe is 3" I. D. Signed, a Pipe Fitter.

PVC DWV fittings are for nonpressurized applications and are not rated Schedule 40

Yes it worked for me. I put it together with 3-1/2" exterior abs and it fit perfectly.
