Can we use Wilton tips?

It seems to be a standard coupler, so I don't see why not

I would assume china for the price. They are well made, my macarons come out beautifully, and they are dishwasher safe. The piping bags are ok, one already busted on me, but it was my fault. They clean super easy. The tips were very handy, and I already have a TON of tips. They were a perfect size for macarons.

Why does this say FDA approved on the side of the box?

I would guess because it is cooking surface and has to be proved to be food-safe??
