What are these lemons used for?

it's pickled lemon to eat with your food, if you like lemon it test great :)

Where are these made?

The company Casablanca Market is located in California. The lemons are grown in Morroco. I don't have my jar anymore, but it should give more info on the label about where they are processed.

I ordered two jars and only received one?. Can you please send the other jar or refund?
