Hello,I received this product and from the first problems. I had pumped up the pool and filled it and it was ok for about 2 days. On the 3rd day I had seen that the entire bottom inflatable ring was flat. I tried to pump it again and within a few hours it was deflated. About a week and a half later, I removed all the water and noticed that where the pump valve is, it was obviously a bad product as air was coming from the "seams". I tried to patch it up with inflatable pool puncture stickers but as it was on the seams the air still came through.I continued to use it with out the bottom rim and a couple weeks after that the other 2 rims (which use the same pump valve) are now also deflated however if there is a puncture I cannot find it. I have tried all methods by pumping it and spraying liquid to find bubbles but after 4 hours of searching have given up.I would believe this product should have some guarantee. On the packaging it said it could last up to 36 months if I remember correctly. This product was delivered on the 16th May 2020. It barely even lasted a month and a half.Hoping this can be resolved at the earliest. You can collect the defect and replace it with a new one.Hope to hear from you soon,Charlene

Great size pool but only had three weeks and it has split on the bottom seam so bottom layer is flat. Manufacturing defect maybe??

Item arrived with 2 unknown black spots on the bottom of the pool and on the seat section. Also, there was a small cut on the side and I had to patch it up in order to use it. The patch didn’t last long and the pool deflated when it was filled with water and the water poured out everywhere.
