These pills do work. I work construction, get lots of cramps. They work pretty fast, drink lots of water.

Can't live without this product. Even though I produce magnesium oil spray, and it works wonders on leg cramps.. sometimes two of these under my tongue in the middle of the night work even faster! I don't leave home without it ever!

This product has been amazing. I often start cramping about two hours into a hilly ride. This has happened for 15+ years. Nothing (salt tablets, electrolytes) once i start cramping - I have to get off the bike, massage the legs, then bike slowly (and only out of the saddle if i'm climbing) to get home. I saw this product advertised during the Tour de France this year and thought I'd give it a try given the positive reviews on Amazon. It has worked wonders, and so fast it's almost unbelievable. I'd say when i feel a cramp coming on, I take 1-2 tablets under the tongue, and in 10 - 30 seconds the cramp has disappeared. This includes one time a couple weeks ago a few hours after a ride when both legs suddenly developed massive cramps. I couldn't even walk to the cabinet to get them, so my wife brought the bottle to me. I took two and the massive cramps quite literally disappeared in less than 10 seconds. Today on a hilly ride i could feel my left hamstring showing signs of cramping. I took one tablet, and it went away. I decided I needed to write a review. I'm a huge fan....
