Pain in the ....to install
The part itself was not the problem, it is where the sensor is located on my Mazda 3 is the problemFirst and foremost you WILL need a 19mm DEEP socket not that 2.5 " standard deep socket but a 3" one...And that is to accommodate the plastic connector part of the plug as you can see in the picOnce you have located the sensor now comes the fun part ...releasing the connector that is attached to it.Once you have done that, the rest takes less than 5 minutes..Still waiting for the CEL to clear the code after install...I did the whole 9 yards thing...Drained and changed the coolantAlong with the thermostat (Another day at the beach)And the sensorCar runs phenom...The online $ cannot be beat by local part storesOh before I forget that sensor is located between the battery and the firewall just beneath a rectangular plastic platform...It is all done by feel...sounds like a lot but it really isn't.
