Works well in a hard hat. Does the job it was hired for! Stays in place, doesn’t move around. Prevents hard hat lines in hair.

Worth getting when working outside.
Bought these to go with a Milwaukee helmet style hard hat. My husband hated the sweat bands inside his hard hat because they were not easy to remove and clean. These fit right inside his hard hat and was easy to use a couple days and throw into the wash. It came in a 3 pack so she was able to easily change them out. Price was worth the purchase.

The look and feel of it is just what I needed.
replaced my old full brim hard hat with this hat. Awesome hat for my backyard jobs it is the best and most comfortable hard hat I have ever owned. These keeps the sweat wear it belongs and in the process keeps my head really cool down. They make the sweat out of my eyes while working. Showed this to my friends to try on and now they love it too!

What hardhat does this actually work on?
I have two different hardhats and I don't see how it works with either. It must be used on a rig that it works with but again it would work on mine, not even worth returning but that is what you get when you order online. Half the stuff you have to return or throw away.

Not quite what I wanted.
I bought these and 2 other products to try to help keep sweat out of my eyes at work. I wear a hard hat all day in a building with 5 industrial furnaces and I am in maintenance. The seat on my head quickly overwhelms my sweat band and regularly gets in my eyes. This did help a little, and kept my head cooler, but not as well as the Klein cap, but better than the neon green ones for sale here. If it was regular hot, outdoors type work, it may have been more suited to the task.

Another example of a poorly made product. This product needs a fastener or Velcro. Otherwise it easily comes out and becomes frustrating to use every time you take off your hard hat it comes out. It’s like a great idea that was cut short.
