Houzer MS-1708-1 Club Series Undermount Stainless Steel Square Bowl Bar/Prep Sink

Item is excellent quality, solid. Larger than expected, so returning to order next size smaller

I bought this for my bar downstairs. I needed something simple, but didn't want something too cheap. Stumbled upon this product and thought the price was right so I picked it up. Couldn't be happier with this for this application. I don't know how it would hold up in a kitchen with pots and pans banging around in it. But it works great for a secondary sink/bar sink.

Installed this in our basement wet bar and it looks great! The size is perfect too. Thought it might be too big, but so glad went with this size then the usual bar sink. Just make sure to keep this clean as it will get water stains from time to time. Also, can't beat that it comes with the drain accessories. No more trying to find the right size drain assembly.

Installed March 2020. The rim of the drain started to rust after 3 months. Used CLR on it since it was just a pinpoint but rust is still spreading. And a new rust spot has developed two months ago. Too late to return, plus it would require a contractor/plumber so cost prohibitive.Also scratched easily from gentle wipe of one of those sponges with the sponge plus a green scouring surface.I owned a Houzer since from 2011 - 2020 and it never had these issues.Would not buy again. Once this one rusts out, I guess I'll be forced to hire a contractor and replace it with another brand.Not a good product, sorry to say.
