Very potent. It works well but there are important side effects for hypertension patients to be aware of. Start below the recommended dose and gradually work your way up.

I began using this Yohimbe product the day after I received it. So, for about two weeks, at the time of this review. I decided to use different dosages every few days to see what works best for me.I have found that taking a full dropper seems to work best for me. I recall reading another reviewer's review of this same product, and that was worked best for him, too. However, I wanted to make sure that that same recommendation also works for me, and it does.Of course, when I have sex with someone else, I shall really see how much of a difference this product makes (smile).
