This bottle didn't last me two weeks and I have really thin hair. I didn't use the product long enough to notice any benefit and I don't feel it's worth the money if you have to purchase more than once a month.

The fuzzies help the scalp look so much more filled in and she is very happy about this. Her hair is bouncy and shiny and seems so much healthier. Slowly but surely she is gaining new hair and self esteem because this product does work, but you have to be patient and consistent in using it. You basically pump directly onto your problem spot, uh my whole head thanks, and rub it in for 15 seconds. I did this and it didn't have any noxious smells, it actually didn't have much of a smell at all. It did not leave my hair looking greasy which is important cause I don't want greasy, thinning hair. It's only been a few days so I haven't noticed a difference yet. I've been using daily so I will update with time this review any results I may experience. I wish it was a bigger bottle and that it were perhaps a spray as I don't have one problem area, I have basically my whole head. Great product with a discreet and easy to carry container. The substance itself is very easy to apply. roughly one to two pumps onto the areas of balding (for me, temples). Unlike rogaine, it is thick and creamy, allowing you to concentrate the serum where you want it without making a huge mess, dripping down your face, etc.As far as ingredients, it's everything you want and nothing you dont. Saw palmetto is a known mild-DHT blocker. Testosterone ocassionally converts to DHT which is responsible in MPB for attacking hair follicles. I say mild because a strong DHT blocker, such as finasteride, can sometimes show nasty side effects. Caffeine helps open up the blood vessels and biotin is literally "hair and nail food".
