No outer packaging - it will get damaged
The product in itself is OK but there is no outer packaging/box to protect the tin. I have ordered 2 from Amazon (one to replace the other) and both have arrived covered in dents. I have now asked for a refund. It is clear that the automated Amazon process means this item cannot be handled carefully enough by robots/packing team. The outer Amazon shipping box has arrived with me undamaged on both occasions. Don't order this item from Amazon unless you are happy for it to be non-perfect.I am so disappointed/annoyed by how wasteful and careless it is for the manufacturers of this tin to be producing it without protective packaging. As a specialist supplier of craft items, Ranger ought to know how much imperfection annoys people who craft...not good enough Ranger!

Ink storage tin
When I saw this item I believed it would be ideal to use for my travel set of model paints and it has to turned out brilliant. I can get a good selection of base colours in the tin which allows me to do various painting tasks while away from home
