The suppositories are super tiny, so easy to hide in a bag if needed, it was easy to use and quick to apply. Took around 15-20 minutes to start kicking in. Also way gentler than other methods I had used to resolve constipation before. If I had to experience that again, I would absolutely use these instead. Only note is they'll work so well that you'll want to be careful about eating anything too heavy for about 24 hours. It won't make you sick, but it will glide through the digestive system with a bit more ease than one is used to.
