Good product
I decided to try this drop because it has DHA in it. I wanted an alternative to buying the expensive Horizon Organic Whole Milk with DHA. I don't know what percentage of DHA you get in each glass of the Horizon milk. So, I can now buy a gallon of 365 Organic Whole Milk and I just add a drop of this Infant Care Multi Vitamin to my child's morning milk. I bought this in April and finally ran out just before this last week of June. My daughter has been having a dose of this with her milk in the morning everyday since she was 17 months old. She didn't skip a beat - drank down her milk like usual. It has a slight orange smell not fish smell...I believe everyone has varying senses of smell.Just wish it was eligible for free shipping.

Great Multi for babies and toddlers
This is just like Dr. Greene's vitamin drops. I bought this one because it has DHA also.My son hasn't breastfed since he was 3 months old, so he needs the extra DHA and vitamins. His formula has some, but, why not more. Now that he is two he can chew up vitamins, but esp. for1-2 year olds. Also the concentrated forms are better because the body doesn't have to break it downand is easily digested. Only downfall is that is too bright (maybe an orange dye). It has an orange flavor.

My daughter wasn't to fone of the flavor even when added to her milk so I spread the full dose out between all of her bottles for the day. Now she doesn't mind it at all and she's getting the extra nutrients she needs. So far, it's really helped her and she's eating more and seems to be gaining more weight every week.

Highly recommend
We tried the Enfamil Poly-Vi drops after my 6 month old son graduated from the Enfamil vitamin 'D' drops which he took without a problem. The Poly-Vi, smells HORRIBLE and tastes even worse!! I had to force feed my son and he gagged every time. Hiding them in juice or food didn't help. So after spending hours researching all the other infant multivitamins online and reading all the reviews, I was still hesitant to purchase anything. I shared my research with my pediatrician and she suggested trying the TwinLab Infant Care w/DHA. We have been very happy with these drops. They smell pleasant and yes, they do have a slight orange-peel taste, but my son takes them straight without a problem and without having to disguise them. He never gags or makes a sour face. He's been taking them for 6 months now. Do be careful not to stain clothing though. I would recommend these to any parent looking for an alternative to the nasty Enfamil Poly-Vi, but no matter what I read, I rested assured knowing my pediatrician also suggested trying these. We will definitely keep buying them.

It is like orange flavored Polyvisol
Our doctor gave us Polyvisol and my baby hated it. I also tried it and I had a burning sensation in my throat after I swallowed. I found a great multivitamin but I wanted to add DHA so I ordered a bottle of Infant Care Multivitamin with DHA. I was very disappointed when we tried it. It has the same horrible flavor as Polyvisol but with orange. It is very bitter and gives me the same burning feeling in my throat.I can imagine to add it to orange juice but my baby does not drink it.Now we are going to give a chance to a bottle of Nordic DHA.

Good vitamin
I like this product because it has DHA in it. The product tastes a little bitter but my daughter takes it fine. I would consider buying again.
