I can get it to pair and then it can't find wifi and connect. tried several times. please send me information that is helpful and that I can try?

Please make sure you are connecting to 2.4G WIFI,if your router with dual bands and same SSID, please close 5G firstly.and check your phone settings, please allow ewelink to use location service when needed.And please put the relay close to your router,your phone have to connect to the same 2.4G WiFi when pairing.Usually once it’s power up,light will flash 2 short 1 long,which indicates it go to quick pairing mode automatically,no need to long press pairing buttons.If can’t configure with quick pairing mode, please long press pairing button until light quickly flash without pause,indicate go to compatible mode, please tap compatible mode in the bottom of ewelink app and go to next step.

Does the 5v option include rf capability, i.e can the 5v version learn an rf remote

Hello,this item don't have rf fucntion,please check another model with asin#B07QZQFZWN,which with rf capability,and include 1 button 433mhz rf remote.
