Not bad for the money
Just received guitar today packaged good and on time from seller first you have to tighten the tuning pegs they are loose so tighten them that helps keep strings in tune then you have set your radius on the bridge saddles that's a must and set your intonation which is very important after that she is good to go i just had 2 blemishes on finish where it was not painted well and the fret ends need a little filing but its only 60 bucks so thats what you can expect other then that its a good guitar

Exceptional quality guitar!
Like many of the early reviewers we got these very cheap from a seller who must've had a load of factory seconds. (Slight paint blemishes etc.) After a slight truss rod adjustment, action and intonation, it plays like a dream. You can find instructions on the net for those basic setups or you can take it to a shop for a pro setup.I'll say that I've played real Fender's that are nowhere near as nice as my Diadem. I got this for a first guitar for my daughter, but I don't think I could ever part with it. It would work great for any level musician.Without even plugging it in it has a beautiful tone that just sings. The cavity is not shielded (see pic) so the normal 60Hz hum is occasionally present when plugged in. The pickups have a great tonal range. I often roll the tone back a bit because they are so bright and clear. Resistance measurements from the pickups are as follows: Neck: 4.8K, middle: 5.4K, bridge 5.7K. So they are close to 50's vintage specs.I look forward to ordering one of Diadem's bass guitars. I only wish this seller had offered the Jazzmaster model. :-). I did manage to find a Hong Kong music store that sells these for around $400 (US) and it did not surprise me one bit.
