I've found that they hold on much longer than the 8 hours advertised, providing me with all-day relief, especially for my sciatica pain. They are well-made and easy to apply discreetly under clothing, and I never have to worry about them coming off due to sweat. These patches are a truly beneficial and reliable product. Sometimes I notice a small minty smell but its very short lived. I subscribed for more.

These work really well for me. I apply them to knees before my morning walk and they make a lot of difference, especially if stairs are involved. Also nice at night, helps me get to sleep. The box says use for up to 6 hours, I often use them overnight for better sleep. If you don't like a menthol smell, you won't like these.

These lil babies work wonders! They provide a bit of a tingly and warming sensation and feel long lasting. My only issue is that they’re so small so when dealing with a bigger area, you have to apply quite a few and end up looking like a bandaged patient lol. However they work great and are easy to wear when you’re out and about. I especially loved keeping some in my purse during my moon time, they helped a lot with back pain and even some cramping.

Great relief for pain and stiffness! I mostly use it on my shoulders, and sometimes on my legs after exercising. Thank you for such a wonderful product!

There's no denying the value of this box of 60 2.83 x 1.81 inches pain patches with three main ingredients - menthol, methyl salicylate, and camphor. This is a great price as pain patches can definitely be expensive. This patch is also unusual in that the directions indicate you can use up to six at one time, however, you should not use any patch more than once. These can be worn up to eight hours.Unfortunately, I also find these to be just about the weakest pain patches I've tried. The size is rather small. They apply easily, however, I've found they don't stick too well to the knee area where I use them. They might be better if I were less active, however, I've been mostly finding that by the end of a day these have come off.I do get some relief, at least initially. I'd say the time period is closer to 4-6 hours rather than eight.Overall, for me, these are entry-level pain patches for minor pain. Despite the great pricing, I doubt I'll end up buying these again as I need something that sticks better and has a bit more impact. I'd also prefer a slightly larger pad. I don't regret trying these, however, I'm pretty sure I won't continue using them.
