Will this remove black hair dye and is this good for thick-coursed hair?

You might need 2 boxes for thicker hair but it should help remove black. Black and red are harder to remove but the extra strength removed my red.

I'm growing out my natural grey. If i use on the dark brown will it ruin my natural color coming in?

Same reason I tried it. Didn't damage new hair but didn't take out old color either. No harm, no help.

You can apply the products with your hand (with the thin gloves that come with the product) or you can use a hair color brush. I liked using my hands because you want to feel that it is fully saturated and gently work it into your hair. If you have more layers of dye at the bottom of your hair start there, but if you just have one even layer of dye on your hair, it is easiest to section hair in 3-4 sections and go top-bottom from the lowest section to the top of head. Use all of the product...hair totally saturated. No need to apply to new growth at the roots. Hope that helps! Leave on for the full time and rinse it out for 30-40 mins. I know it is crazy to start in the shower for 40 mins, but trust me it makes a big difference on results!
