Xentec9005 12000K HID Xenon Bulb Bundle with 55W EP Alloy Slim Ballast (Blue Violet, Also fit 9011,9055,9145,HB3,H12)

Bought these for my car, installed them and then one of the lights went out. I ended up ordering the lights separately and found out that the lights were not the problem and that it might be the ballast, so I contacted xentec’s customer service and they sent me a new ballast free of charge. Changed out the ballast in less than 2 min. and the lights work and haven’t had another problem with them… only had these for about 2 and a half weeks, will update if anything happens

Only one of my ballast has been working since day 1 but the one never worked so they sent me a new one and it lasted about a week then blew out and I checked it for power and it was receiving power but was not putting power to the lights.they sent me a new one and thay one never worked and now they are ignoring me and it's been almost a week and a half since I heard anything back

This is actually my second set I have purchased. They are super simple to install and work great. I even had an issue with a ballast so I contacted customer support and the responsed quickly and got a replacement sent out.

I have used several sets of xentec hids and they have all been extremely bright and long lasting. I did receive a defective ballast with this set however the customer service was great and quickly got me a replacement sent out. At the price of these kits they are very hard to beat. I have one set still working that has been installed for 3 plus years now.

Figured I would go cheap and see if these would work out as I was not going to be keeping this vehicle much longer. I was rather disappointed, seemed to me to have less output that even 35 Watt units I have used before. Clearly not the output of the 55 Watt HID systems I have used in the past. You need to spend at least double to get a decent light output. While these worked, my Halogen High Beams were brighter than these 55 Watt HID bulbs! I went with the same vendor I have purchased before in the past, spend slightly more than double, but have the lighting performance I have been used to and expected. Suggest you look at other options.

Only comes on when high beams are engaged. Attempted every polarity for wiring and they would not come on at all. Correct polarity again only comes on with high beams engaged.
