Helped to reduce itching. Hair look very fresh after use and stay fresher at least 1 day longer for me than usually. As 1st Aid to reduce symptoms i would recommend it.

workes better than medical shampoos

I had an issue of a severely itchy scalp that even got acne on super bad days. Washing more or less didn't help, it wasn't dandruff, any antidandruff shampoo made it even worse, so I figured that my scalp is just severely dry and sensitive. I tried every kind of shampoo I could think of, even went back to sulfates after using sulfate free shampoo for curly hair which helped but not a lot. I decided to try this. Instant relief. I still get irritation on occasion but nowhere near what was before, where it itched so much or broke out so bad for hours every day. The urea in it seems to be what my hair needed for extra exfoliation. It works the best with the treatment meant to go along with it applied after washing my hair or whenever I felt the itch return. My only issue is that it doesn't lather despite being a sulfate shampoo but it works well enough on my problem areas. I use it every wash which is great for my scalp but not so much for my hair but conditioner and leave in are an easy fix, I also often rotate using this with a sulfate free that doesn't irritate my scalp and save this one for "clarifying" days or whenever my scalp is irritated if dry hair is what I'm worried about. Honestly, I used it daily at one point and my hair was just fine but everyone is different. Sulfates or not, up to you. This is great for me. It is fragrance free and essential oil (finally a shampoo with no coconut oil!) free too which is a big plus. I just think that you have a dry scalp that isn't dandruff and isn't improving with anything, just try this.

En el embarazo he tenido muchos problemas con mi piel, también en el cuello cabelludo. Este champú me lo ha arreglado. Después de meses de uso hoy he hecho la prueba y he probado mi antiguo champú (ecológico, sin sulfatos, sin parabenos, sin silicona etc) y otra vez tengo la cabeza llena de escamas blancas... Así que está más que confirmado que el champú de Eucerin funciona. Aunque también hay que mencionar que deja el pelo seco y sin olor y no hace mucha espuma. Pero bueno, con un buen acondicionador o aceite de coco se arregla fácilmente.
