Stained! Unbelievable, Just Unbelievable!
Again a problem with an Amazon product! I received these sheets yesterday, opened them and before doing so I checked the quality and seaming. Now I am glad I only ordered a bottom fitted sheet first rather than the four I needed. I thought to myself that it would be better to make sure that the sheets were worth paying for before putting in an order blindly like that. And now I'm glad I did.The sheets are thin, much more-so than the Target Threshold percale sheets I purchased four years ago. The seams are quite good which gave me hope, but just as I was going to put them in the wash to get rid of the overpowering smell of chemical (I attributed it to the plastic packaging it was in) - I SAW SPOTS.There are spots of heaven knows what on these sheets! How in heck does that happen? There are spots on these brand new sheets and I am thorougly disgusted. How lousy does a manufacturer have to be for there to be spots all over the sheets they produce? How lousy does their quality assurance practices have to be to allow this to happen? So, rather than chalk it up to one more expensive failure from Amazon I grabbed my cell phone and took pictures. I wasn't going to let one more garbage order from Amazon go by without proof to accompany a review.I can remember an era when the vast majority of your purchases had no such problems. But that was before this online ordering craze took hold. There was a time not that long ago when things were made of better quality. But in the past ten years things have gone terribly wrong.- Corporatoins are reducing the amount traditionally sold in packages, while keeping the price the same. This I noticed five years ago with food items.- Companies across the board are loosening their quality standards regardless of their previous long time earned reputations.- Manufacturers are reducing or choosing lower quality materials to manufacture their products on both long time offered products and new items.- Ordering from Amazon has become a hit or miss proposition over the past five years with items either appearing to be used, resold as new, damaged items due to lousy packing, and low quality third party sellers passing off the same exact low quality item, but branded under multiple unheard of names.- Third party sellers taking it upon themselves to substitute an item purchased with another without notifying the buyer to inquire if it is ok to do so.And does someone like myself, who is disabled and no longer able to shop in brick and mortar stores have much of a choice? Not really, because the same issue has begun to manifest in them as well. And why not? Much of this garbage is manufactured by the same facilities in the same overseas companies, and then re-branded under one more never heard of name again.I order online heavily, predominately through Amazon because I have Prime. I do so because I am disabled and unable to go shopping anymore. In the past ten years since I've been doing this, I have noticed this steady decline in quality on almost everything. It doesn't matter how much you spend, or if it's a well known brand name or some unknown startup in China selling some cheaply made knock-off. The results are almost always the same with anywhere from 50% to 75% of what I order arriving with some problem, or developing a problem within a short time and seldom hardly lasting more than a year or two. Quite often much less than that, like the Werner Electric Toothbrush I purchased here last year. That lasted barely four months. Here's the deal. If you are under the age of thirty there is a good chance you may think this is how it always was. But no, it hasn't. Prior to your having become the main buyer for either yourself or your family you could have confidence in what you purchased. But no more. And should Amazon refuse to post this review that is fine with me. I will post it on my Facebook page complete with pictures. I've come to realize that they do not like being included in a rant about the quality of what they sell. And that there is just one more reason to be even more upset with this whole mess.

Percale sheets
These are 100% cotton Percale fitted sheets. They are actually well made! I'm impressed! They are crisp and cool, bright white and exactly what I was looking for. I consider them comfortable because I like the crispness of the material. They are NOT combed cotton that feels like hot flannel. I live in the Caribbean and cool is important here.

They ripped in two months
They ripped in two months. That kind of makes all the other factors meaningless. They have a huge rip right under where I sleep. I guess you get what you pay for. I continue my search for a comfortable cotton fitted sheet that stays put and doesn't rip

Not sized appropriately
Not a standard USA queen fitted sheet, too small. Fabric is okay, better than I expected for price. Doesn't stay put due to being too small and low quality elastic. I am using on a 6 inch mattress. Sheet definitely won't fit a thicker mattress.

crispy and cool with potential to soften
I usually buy percale sheets as we live in FL and I like them to be nice and cool. They are becoming harder and harder to find or they are very expensive and in a set. I didn't need anymore top sheets as they never wear out but my wonderful fitted/bottom sheets from my shabby chic sets (cost over $100 for the set) have finally started to rip they got so thin. I took a chance on this fitted sheet and I'm happy with them. They smelled horrible out of the package but fine after a nice wash. They seem nice and crisp- just the way I like them and i think with repeated washings they will continue to get softer.

Good quality sheet
The fitted sheet I purchased is very comfortable. It JUST BARELY fits on my thick pillow top mattress, it would be nice to have a little more material to tuck under the mattress to make sure it doesn’t slip off the corners. It has held up well after 3 washings, no piling, still very soft. It does wrinkle while on the bed because it is too short to cover completely. Overall it is a nice sheet for the money.

The cotton sheet feels so good.
I have always liked cotton sheets. The only down side is that they do wrinkle. However for me that is fine and if it is the fitted sheet is smoothes out fairly well. Why iron if you are sleeping on it.I have already bought a 2nd one.
