*DO NOT BUY. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star but cannot review with no 🌟 Very poor quality, I received this item 19 days ago and it no longer works . Amazon are stating that is cannot be returned as it is out if the return period but this item is defective!

Simple and works as expected
I have the small size and it’s perfect for a single cat or a small dog. It’s not too large as some of the other reviews state. Maybe they got the larger size. It’s a basic contraption with a bowl and a jug that holds about a gallon of water. The mechanism that allows the bowl to fill form the jug relies on basic physics and shouldn’t fail unless you crack or pierce the jug. The jug is hard plastic similar to 20 gallon drinking water bottles. I got it on sale for less than a cup of coffee would cost me so I have absolutely no complaints.

The top doesn't click into the bottom
The previous identical one I had clicked into place. This one kind of hovers, and the part that looks like it should fit like a puzzle and lock it in place doesn't, making it a bit flimsy

The first 2 i ordered last year were good, i am still using them, i just bought 2 more and both of them broke, quality is bad just get back the old ones!

Sembrava una cavolate e l’ho comprato solo per provare. Ho cercato parecchio ma solitamente questi prodotti funzionano male o si rompono subito. Non è questo il caso !! Lo uso da 6 mesi costantemente per le mie due cagnolini e mi ritengo ESTREMAMENTE soddisfatto sia dei materiali, del funzionamento e soprattutto della qualità. Consigliato a chi non riesce a stare sempre a cambiare la ciotola d’acqua al cane (ma ricordatevi di lavarla ogni due giorni 😉)
