Great introduction to plant based diet. Easy recipes to get used to the lifestyle.

Black and white, cup sizing disappointment
Very basic recipes for which I think Google would be your better friend. Don't let the colourful cover mislead you, inside is just black and white. Also, if you're not American and don't measure in cups, this book is not for you! I'd call this more a heavy recipe pamphlet than a book.

Recipe seems good but the informative part is not that informative.

Ok but has some recipes in the 3 week meal plan that all the ingredients aren’t listed in the shopping list. Make sure you check the recipes before you go shopping.
