Looks different
The texture of the product seems different to that purchased in a supermarket. Is it the warehouse storage temperature ? Items need to be stored carefully according to the temperature guidlines of the manufacturer.

This ghee has two components so is not the standard cow butter ghee. For some, might be a turn off but I found it delicious and the added taste was helpful. When used making popcorn, it is simply awesome! Better than movie popcorn from the theater!
