They helped me so much with dehydration during and post pregnancy. They also taste good!

Tasty and uses Stevia which is OK according to Dr Gundry
I was doing a 2-week water fast to get into ketosis burn fat and wanted after 1st week to get some electrolytes. So many of these products have a different form of sugar or artificial sweeteners that are very bad for the gut microbiome. Stevia or Xylitol are OK. I found Ultimate Replenisher that has all the good stuff. BTW water fasting is good for cleaning out the senescent zombie cells and practice autophagy every so often. Didn't need to lose weight but went from 170 to 149 in two weeks. I'm a 5'11" male.

Terrible Taste - way too sweet
Taste is terrible - super sweet, for what reason? For me not worth it and overpriced.
