Hard to rate these things
What are you really looking for in your multivitamins? Ability to consume it (size, taste, etc.) and efficacy of vitamin consumption. On the ability to consume it, the size is totally fine but the smell is bad compared to other multivitamins. On the efficacy of vitamin consumption, I really have no way of telling how good this was but it did result in a neon yellow urine which according to my doctor is a result of the body removing excess vitamins and minerals. So I guess it works but just that there's so much excess.

I do not feel any difference between taking these or not taking these, so no idea if they are doing something within my body or not. I took them for 30 days, then took nothing for 30 days, and there has been no difference.

I'd been buying store brand multivitamins until I'd realized that they were full of cheap crap with little bioavailability. I'm happy I switched. These actually feel like they're doing something, which I honestly didn't expect. Better sleep more energy. Who knew!?

I bought this because "store brands" are not as good as a quality brand like this. I took my time and did a few days of research on the web comparing products. This was in the top 10 choices for multivit (my top 5) I didn't want to spend $30 on a name brand, but this does the trick. This fits the gap between $30 bottles and greater than a store brand according to my research. I can't swallow pills, usually choke even from small fish oil so everything I buy is gummies or tablets that chew. I chewed this and it has a strong potent taste, its awful from a scale of 1-10 I rate it a 0, worst pill I have ever taken. Just be sure to eat this with peanut butter and lots of water and you will be good. I do not take the 2 tablets as recommended because 10,000 vitamin A , I do not believe is safe, lethal dose is 20,000 in a day. \ I use this for working out, and while cutting.
