fantastic fan and humidifier
arrived in perfect shape, came with comprehensive and easy to understand instructions, set up and connection to the app / WiFi was super easy, and it's been going strong on a scheduled timer set up via the app.

Dead after 8 months in use
It was working perfectly until today. Today after switching it off and on did not start any more. It does not have power , it’s dead. Only after 8 months in operation. Now I wonder how Dyson is going to fix it, how long it will take4-09-2021. I just returned from Dyson shop at Marina Mall in Dubai where they found out that the charger was broken. They took a charger and promised to fix it within 14 days instead of giving me a new one so I could start using the purifier immediately. Fortunately I bought already Blueair device working perfectly. As the Dyson service is so poor I changed my rating from three to two

Great Product
Great product. it cools down the air while purifying it and humidifying it. Very useful for indoor AC room in Dubai. the AC can be set at 26-27degC without sweating or getting hot due to the air circulation provided by Dyson. I was expecting that the humidity indoor would be lower than 35% due to the continual AC use, however it turns out that it is in the range of 45%, meaning the humidifier from Dyson kicks in rarely.What is also great is the 24h air monitoring system which gives you a great overview of the air quality, temperature and humidity in the room.4 stars instead of 5 because of its high price.

It is not up to expection. Regret to inform it has stopped working. Can you please solve the issue.

Bad experience wit Dyson
First, filters supposed to last one year, and it shows expired in 6 months.Bad customer service and filters are not available anywhere. Even in Jumpo or carrefour and Jumpo said they can irder the filters and it will arrive in 35 days with a price of AED 450??? . I went to Dyson online store I didn’t find the filter.
