My feet have been killing me for almost a year. I assumed plantar fasciitis. My Dr. saod no, that it was a ligament issue. I believe we were both right and I have more than one issue going on. I have iced, had injections, heat, rest, arch supports, massage by a person, KT tape, etc and I got some relief but not enough. I bought this roller to relieve my tight calves as they say that helps. It did not occur to me to use this on the outer sides and heels of my feet where the pain was until owning this for a month. So three days ago I rolled it pretty hard on the edges of my feet and heels. At first it was tender, but the more I rolled and rubbed, the less it hurt. I thought for sure it was extremely temporary, but here I am 3 days later and my pain is 95% gone and it’s the best my feet have felt in 8 months. Anyone know how this is possible? I wonder if I released something? Obviously I caused more blood flow, but I have had numerous foot massages from people and dis not get this result. So I am so happy I have some major relief! I pray the pain stays away and I am using this daily! Love it. Great for travel too!!

My boyfriend loves to use this. It’s super easy to use and it’s well made. It really gives a pretty good massage too and prevents your fingers from getting tired like regular massages do.

Nice non-slip handle but that’s about it. The roller is too soft and doesn’t release tight muscles after a run.
