Hello! The serving size for each flavor is 25g (1/2 of a disc) and the sugar for each flavor per serving is; Vanilla: 14g, Dark Chocolate: 9g, and Almond: 16g.

Q: could I make this with water instead of milk. I am wanting something for camping.

you can absolutely make it with water. in fact, this is how it was originally drank in pre-columbian Mexico, a method that many there still prefer to this day. it's quite amazing with just water & no milk. it's how i choose to make my mexican hot chocolate. bring 4 cups of water to a boil. remove from heat & drop in about 200 mgs of chocolate, letting it sit a couple of minutes to let it melt. break apart the chocolate with the wooden molinillo, then froth it well. enjoy.

Their not artificial or adding ingredients also is not refined as other brand, this is natural basic artisans chocolate, you should look for other brand instead.

A chocolate without preservatives, artificial flavor or other additives. Perfect for a molinillo. Best chocolate ever.
