Don't have issue with product quality as have been using this blush on more than 5 years now.The issue is with the packaging. The seller should have wrap it properly as its cosmetics at least a bubble wrap will do.The first replacement request I made is due to item is shattered into pieces and powderedBut then upon receiving the replacement item is the same.Kindly refund.. else can send the same but please make sure that its carefully packed
