This thing here is probably the most incredible mouse I've ever used, no question.
I previously owned the Redragon Samsara mouse which was nice in it's own right, and several Logitech before that. However, it met an untimely demise. I decided to stay with Redragon because I enjoyed both the performance and price-point they provided. From the moment I got the Titanoboa out of it's package I could tell it was above and beyond. The mouse felt very solid and well made. The aluminum bottom plate with the added teflon pads gave it a nice glide. It is extremely ergonomic, my thumb rests in the honeycomb patterned side grip very well which allows easy access to the side buttons (which was a problem I had somewhat with the Samsara). The middle buttons, although re-programmable with some limitation, are very responsive. However they might be a little out of reach for quick access while gaming, if you are playing a very rapid activity game. The DPI on Titanoboa is INSANE. When you first plug it in after installing the software it is set to it's highest setting. So I would suggest opening the software first and turning down the DPI otherwise you'll be all over the place. You can disable some of the DPI profiles if you don't want 5 of them to allow easier switching. I toned it down to 2 settings, one for general web/pc browsing and another for gaming at a lower DPI for accuracy (RTS, MOBA and FPS). This thing is incredibly accurate. The light profiles are also vastly improved on from the Samsara. Unlike the Samsara you can have a solid constant color, instead of the "breathing" or "scrolling" patterns. The constant color is nice and the mouse wheel color changes based on the DPI profile you have selected which is also a nice visual reminder. The software itself has a lot of functions, but is a bit... odd. Programming some of the buttons seems counter intuitive, as it wants you basically click and drag an option to it. However after fooling around with it for a bit you get the hang of it.PROS:Incredible response time, both for movement and buttons.Very ergonomic feel with (mostly) easily accessed buttons.Great construction.Customization.Extra left click button for auto-fire or other macros.Multiple profiles for different activities or quick DPI switching. It looks sexy as hell.CONS:Software is a bit confusing, but once set to your liking you won't use it much. Some middle button placement is odd to utilize during intense games. Leaving you with fewer accessible gaming buttons.Overall I see no reason to deduct a whole star from the mouse for things that can be worked around when the mouse is so well made and responsive. This thing is amazing, and for the price I don't think anything out there can beat it.

Cool mouse, programmable buttons have major issues (at least for me)
The mouse itself is great, the hardware is good. On the hardware side, the middle mouse button is too hard to click. You can click it but for gaming it's way too hard and if you actually used this button I'm pretty sure you'd end up with carpel tunnel! I like the design and the feel in your hand is surprisingly nice. For it's price point, it's a good deal however the major problem with this mouse is the software. I bought this mouse b/c it has programmable buttons. My first test failed on it and support have yet to resolve it. There seems to be some language barrier with support and they don't understand what my issue is. It's fairy simple - I record a macro that does right mouse down, then click left mouse 3 times then right mouse up. When I use the macro, despite it showing correctly is plays back as click right mouse then click left 3 times - aka not 'holding down' right in between the left clicks. This may seem trivial but it completely renders the programmable nature of the mouse useless to me. The software is not capable of holding anything down while you perform other clicks/pushes. I tried using a ctrl modifer too - the same thing happens. Ctrl was released as soon as the second command was issued. If you want a nice mouse but don't care about the programmable buttons, this is a great deal. If you want something with programmable buttons look elsewhere. If they fix this issue, I'll happy give this mouse 5 stars despite that middle mouse button being as tough as it is.

Good mouse. Though it comes with a software disc
Good mouse.Though it comes with a software disc, it appears there isn't a way to download the program for it online. This wasn't a problem for me, but it could be for others without a disc drive.

What I love most is how comfortable it is
Every button works. The 3 thumb buttons defaults are CTRL SHIFT and ALT. You have to install the program with the CD it comes with to change the buttons and colors dpi, all that. What I love most is how comfortable it is. Your ring finger rests on the curved design and the red triple click button. My only downfall is that I wanted the color changing mode to change colors according to the 5 color profiles you can set. Instead it changes between 7 colors one of them including blue and I just personally didn't want to see blue and I'm sure others would like it to change between 5 colors of your choice. It's a really good gaming mouse esp league of legends if you wanna do combinations of Ctrl+Q,W,E,R Or with ALT or Shift.

Redragon M802 mouse
I've only had the mouse for about two weeks, so I can't report on its durability. But it feels solid. It's a larger mouse than I've had before, which I like. The buttons are well-placed, but I haven't done anything about programming them yet, so no report on that either. I like the feel of the mouse, the ability to change sensitivity on the fly. It's a keeper, thus far.
