how does this compare to Lactijoy?

I've tried both. If you are just lactose intolerance Lactojoy will work for you but, If you are sensitive to casein and whey then Lacto is the way to go! Lacto contains ingredients that help with lactose, casein, and whey intolerance.

does this help with nasal congestion as a result of casein sensitivity ?

Can be the source of terrible crampy abdominal pain

Took a while to realise this gave me terrible nausea and abdominal pain, even when taken without any lactose meal as a test. Turns out this is a common issue with digestive enzymes from Enzymedica. I had similar issues with Digest Gold albeit less severe. I have no issues with lactase-only tablets from other companies. If this works for you that’s fine, but people should be aware if they get crampy pains while taking this, it’s very likely not the lactose they’re eating but rather this thing.
