Good quality and a good challenge

The puzzle was fun to put together! It was missing a piece, but we contacted them and they sent us a new puzzle! I would say the quality of the puzzle is great too, it’s hanging up in our daughter’s room.

I really enjoyed this puzzle! It was definitely challenging with all the dark tones, but it was doable. Took me about 8 hours to complete. I was also happy to find no pieces were missing.

The media could not be loaded. Upon opening this puzzle we were very surprised to see that this puzzle is very high-quality. The pieces are nice thick card stock and they are big pieces. The puzzle is cut in different ways so it was easier to put together. There weren’t a lot of the same pieces that were the same shape. There is a lot of dark color so it makes this puzzle difficult, but wasn’t so difficult though that it didn’t make it fun. We were able to sort colors and put it together that way. When we completed the puzzle I absolutely loved the finish. There is a lot of detail and color in the puzzle. There are two things I do not like about this puzzle. Harry Potter looks like HAPPY potter. Which is a lot like the writing on the cover of the books but because of the dark color behind the two R’s it looks like two P’s instead of two R’s. Also, the company logo and brand is on the right side of the puzzle going up towards the corner on the right. The logo goes up almost halfway on the puzzle. The logo is also a white up against a black. You notice it right away and it detracts from the puzzle. I was going to frame it and put it in our cupboard under the stairs that holds books but because of the happy Potter and the logo being so big I will not be doing that. This puzzle was only $10 so to me it was worth it because it was a lot of fun to put together. I loved that they took the time to make the pieces bigger and thicker so that it was a nice quality puzzle. All in all, to me it was worth the price for the fun that we had putting it together.

This puzzle was pretty difficult for being 500 pieces due to the colors, but it turned out well. I did notice more puzzle dust than I normally see, but all the pieces were there. We framed it and put it up in our daughters room.

IMAGE:I took a chance on this after seeing the reviews and had no issues. I will agree with others that the image isn't perfect but I have my room setup with RGB LED so I was able to adjust the lighting to help see the image better with no glare.DIFFICULTY:Now I saw comment after comment on this puzzle being super difficult, impossible, very hard, ridiculous, etc. But I had no difficulty at all, it was a wonderfully paced 1000 piece puzzle for me. I found the washed out color of the whole puzzle to add to it's fun difficulty and the interesting shapes of the pieces as well add to it. But at no point did I personally have any frustration or the issue of placing multiple wrong pieces in odd spots.PUZZLE QUALITY:My particular puzzle had no missing pieces, a few sleight bends, and no tears, there was of course a lot of shavings left in the box as well.OVERALL:I ended up finishing the puzzle after about 8-11 hours alone while listening to an audiobook and various pauses. I love challenging puzzles whether it's a hard image or cut so I'd say it's casual for me. If someone is interested in finishing and keeping this puzzle to frame I'd say it's not too worth it due to the glare. It'd have to be placed under specific lighting to look half decent hung up.
