great mouse until wheel n left click dies
this product is awful considering the mouse wheel and left click. left click died in 3 months, mouse wheel died 2 months prior to that. You want it got RMAed? Depends on whether SS exists in your country. Online tech support gives you solution as driver issue. Also when I tried to get it replaced, SS said to return it to your seller we will refund. But given seller is Amazon, you get no replacement. To repair this mouse, you need to take off the feet, and buying a new set of feet costs a fortune xD. Another mouse goes to the bin. Back to G402.

Scroll Wheel Problems
The scroll wheel starts to jump either multiple times or even in the opposite direction to the direction you are scrolling. Making it unusable for the amount of scrolling I do.I have owned it for less than a year, and this is the second Sensei Ten I have owned with this problem. It seemed that other models have this issue too and were fixed with a software/firmware update. But no such luck with this model.

Bought this mouse for work and a bit of gaming but it doesn’t work with Monterey.

It's a great mouse, until the wheel dies.
I've now bought two of these mice and they both failed in the exact same way: the wheel first starts getting squeaky, then it starts sending random scroll events, until you cant use the mouse at all.Steelseries support is embarrassingly bad. They will tell you that the issue can be solved by updating your drivers. You can try and clean it as best as you can, but without opening it you won't get everything out. Lubing the wheel would certainly help prevent this problem, but good luck doing that without opening it.So why not just open it? Well, it's easy - you first just have to destroy the feet on the bottom because steelseries put the screws under them.I'm frustrated because I really want to love this mouse, but the poor construction of the wheel, the lack of reparability, and steelseries inability to deal with the most basic of technical problems has really turned me away.

Right click too soft
I bought this to replace an older model - looks exactly the same but for some reason on this one they've made the right button much easier to press than the left button. As a result, I constantly right click things by accident just from the weight of my ring finger. I don't know why they would have changed this, the old version worked perfect.*edit - the scroll wheel has started squeeking like a literal mouse. This happened to the older model I replaced as well but took that one a year. Probably won't buy another SteelSeries mouse again.
