Good buy and great product
Super easy to use and great taste. I particularly love that nothing is added so you can use it without concern of alcohol in the vanilla essences or sugar in the powders. This is pure vanilla. Strong smell and very nice looking little bottle. Works great too.

Great quality and taste of the vanilla beans, but the milling dispenser can use some work.
I would have given 4 stars, but I subtracted a star due to the milling dispenser. It sometimes grinds fine and sometimes big chunks comes out. Even if I do tiny turns back and forth.But having said that. The Vanilla beans used are really outstanding in flavor. And i would highly recommend this. Great in smoothies, pancake batter, and anything else I need that require some Vanilla goodness!The milling dispenser is refillable. I would suggest if you refill with Vanilla beans that you make sure they are dried so they can be milled better. Mine arrived with some niks and scraps on the black milling top and lid, like it was either damaged during shipping or was already like that before shipping?So I would recommend this Vanilla milling dispenser since the Vanilla beans are of great quality, but the milling dispenser can use some work. Like smaller or finer milling blades so big pieces don't fall out.But overall worth it! :)

For the vanilla lover
This grinder is petite and functional. I had read other reviews and expected the grinder to produce large, rough chunks of vanilla. Instead, I get tiny, mostly regular bits of vanilla that are just perfect for adding to tea or coffee, either hot or cold. So far, I have been adding small amounts of vanilla to my drinks and have gotten a smooth vanilla flavor that also worked to reduce the bitterness of some extra strong coffee. I don't bake many sweets, but I do plan to experiment with adding this vanilla to baked breads; I expect to have great results. I also bought one as a gift for my sweets baking sister. Note that the grinder is easy to use with my arthritic hands.

It's easy to use
I found a recipe I wanted to try to make a year ago. Unfortunately, finding vanilla beans at my usual local grocery stores wasn't going well - so I gave up. I recently found another recipe I wanted to try... so I went to Amazon! I found this gem. It's easy to use. The vanilla does grind out in different sizes, but I don't care about that. The cupcakes I ended up making with "vanilla bean" frosting, my child said "smelled like Starbucks". So I say a win! I'm also excited that other reviews say I can take the cap off; so when I'm out, I can refill it!

-----Not sure what happened to my last review of this a month or so ago, leaving multiple reviews in one day for products gummed up the system apparently.-----Have used this instead of extract in recipes, homemade hand churned ice cream, smoothies and anything else i could think of like some homemade hot chocolate and even tea. Loved the flavor, the ease of use is like a pepper mill plus it's fun to use.
