Wasted my money. Loved the colour retro style so bought it. Thought US plug would just need an adapter.... Wrong. It would need a transformer. This should be stressed in description if it available to UK, for niave buyers with more style than sense!

The item started smoking on the first use .

This fountain is amazing. It was a Christmas gift that was enjoyed by the whole family. It will definitely be used for upcoming parties. Satisfied customer !!

The chocolate fountain worked great. It was a huge hit. We should have gotten more chocolate. It held 6 lbs for best pressure but I would keep another five on hand because it really went fast and as the chocolate was ate, the fountain didn't flow as good. We are freezing the left over melted chocolate for a future party and will just add to it. Make sure you clean it while it is still warm and it really wasn't bad at all. Messy? Yes, but I expected that and had a large, long plastic container to tip it sideways and pour the chocolate out all at once. Then used a spatula while it was tipped sideways to get as much of the chocolate off before taking it apart to clean. The picture is after most of the chocolate was ate.

I purchased this chocolate fountain early in preparation of a Christmas party, I was so embarrassed when it did not work while everyone waited anxiously to see if it would work. Unfortunately because I bought it early I missed the chance to return it. Now I’m out $100 and it will end up on a landfill.

Tienes que derretir el chocolate a baño maría antes de agregarlo a la fuente.Precalientes la misma y cuando comience a girar agregas el chocolate que derretiste.Si es ruidosa, pero la verdad no importa si hay música en el fondo.
