Apple iPhone 12 mini Silicone Case with MagSafe - Kumquat

I waited a long time for this color to be available and on sale for my iPhone mini. It’s so cheerful and the case is grippy and has a soft lining. Now if Apple would only bring back the mini but that’s irrelevant.

My previous iPhone 12 Mini case, in dark green, had finally worn out. Getting this new one already feels like a small victory, though there was no color choice. Yet this orange paired with my purple iPhone 12 Mini—somehow it screams Lakers. Have you ever seen Los Angeles at 4 a.m.?

It's an Apple oem case. Fits like a glove.Phone overheats with it in the summer though degrading the battery

I know, I know, I know...40-50 bucks for an Apple branded silicone mag-safe case seems like highway robbery compared to the many offerings on Amazon that are about 10% of that price. To start: nothing looks and feels like an Apple case. And after 3 months this becomes more apparent to your hand. The quality of the silicone is really hard to see out of the box, but it's in its everyday use that one appreciates the difference. The MagSafe connection is rock-solid and the best part is knowing that I can use this case a solid 6 months including accidents, drops, etc and it will still look great.The biggest challenge is Apple's desire to discontinue cases almost as soon as they discontinue a phone model. Buy multiples if you love a certain color!

Fits perfectly and the color is great. Well made and stylish.

I bought this to replace an earlier Apple silicone case. That one was a lot more sticky so I was a bit surprised how much less tacky this one is. But I've adapted to it. This new one also appears to be more robust - I've had it a while and it's not showing any wear. No chunks missing from the occasional drops!

The corner started peeling so I threw this expensive piece of trash out. It was barely used for the most 6 months, rarely touched the ground. I do not recommend unless you intend of using your case even when it becomes torn and dirty looking. I love Apple, but the quality greatly needs to improve for the price they sell these cases for.
