Wish it had more headings
Bought this for my 16 year old daughter. Ever since the pandemic she's been struggling so on top of counciling I thought she could use this. Every page has the same questions. I wish it had different questions but I hope she uses it

So so
The quality is great. Very pleased with the thickness of the pages and cover. My biggest complaint is that every page is exactly the same. The same prompts over and over throughout the whole thing which makes it harder to get teen's brain jogging at times.

Wasn’t what I expected
It’s the same exact thing on every single page.

Boring
The same page repeats itself through the entire book. I couldn’t have just printed myself.

Love the idea....
It's a nice place to list things that "didn't suck" but it is not necessarily the guide to gratitude that I anticipated. I felt like a more step by step product would be more effective for my kids, but every little bit helps.

This totally didn't suck
This is good for a teen that rather do anything else but do anything regarding their feelings. It's very simple with a few questions each day about what didn't totally suck.

Simple and cute
Straight forward, doesn't take long to do. Got my 12 year to do it every night since it only took a couple minutes at most. Brings a more positive mindset before bedtime.

Kid was actually interested in it.
Happy 15 boy. It is great. 3 lines to write. He was confused at first. But with mental health the way it is it helps to put the really bad days in perspective. Helps its not a dated thing. You can write in it when ever you feel like it. Kid agreed. So probably will sit in drawer.

Bought for my neice.
Bought as a gift for my niece and she loves it. She has been through a lot with the loss of her dad and it helps to know she can write it all out and not everything is always sunshine and rainbows. Very realistic.

Useless waste $
Useless, 1 page repeats itself the entire book
