Extremely happy with this bench.
Bought this to replace my existing bench, which whilst it did it's job, it was very time cionsuming to adjust. This one is so quick and easy. The seat and back both pivot and are secured by a spring loaded, screw in knob. Screw it in stop the seat/back from moving, but you don't have to fully unscrew it as it's spring loaded for adjusting. I've used this for dumbell flies, bench pressing, skull crushers and step ups. I have no worries about it's sturdiness. And as the back adjusts independantly of the legs, you can do inverted rows with no worries that the bench may tip forward, like my previous one tended to do.

Likes and dislikes
Glad I got this as my old one doesn't fold away at all.LikesI like a lot about this bench but to name a few... easy folding. Very easy seat and back adjusting pins that is so quick between super set exercises. You litterally twist 3 or 4 times if you have locked completely and then pull, move seat and let go. You can then choose to lock it off with 3 or 4 twists. I like the security of being able to lock the adjusting pins and it adds stability to the bench too. ButI also like the freedom to choose not to and it still be a sturdy bench. I like that there are two height settings for the padded shins/feet for doing sit up and so on. Plus it naturally sits down against the floor foot bar when not in use rather than always sticking out. Simple to lift it out with one foot and put the other under it. So not even needing to set it up or use hands. It is also not too wide or too narrowfor me. It doesn't take up as much space to store as my old bench. The foot end floor bar isn't right where my feet need to be when I dumbbell bench press unlike my old one. The floor to seat height is not too high like my oldone which resulted incramps in my hip and over stretching my sciatic muscle while using heavy weights.DislikesHopefully a shorter list here... i am not a fan of the gap between the seat pad and the back rest pad. It isnot so bad upright but the further to flat you get, the bigger the gap. Decline being even bigger and I can't use the bench in that position. I am only 5ft 5". So a bit on the short side for a male. But if I sit on the bench in flat position almost my entire butt is in the gap. This is not comfortable and it is a reasonably big problem. However, I have discovered that draping a folded towel over the gap area helps a lot and I can get on an do my workout. All benches have a gap, this one just seems to have a hige gap and two square pole ends with corners that dig in. I also don't like the unfolding/folding locking pin. It slowly makes its way out as you move and adjust the back rest and/or seat. I would have preferred the same kind as the seat and backrest have for adjusting them. Maybe there is a reason it is the kind it is. Lastly, when I tried chest supported reverse row and fly with the bend set at an incline, the bench scoots along the carpet. So the black plastic feet on the ends of the feet bars don't grip at all. I have ordered one of those thin equipment mats to see if that improves things in that area. But at least the bench didn't show signs of tipping which is better than my old bench that almost face planted me into the floor. So yes this bench is worth it as long as you are happy to put a folded towel in the gap for some of the positions.Lastly, tighten up all the bolts and not just the ones that you have to install as they are not tightened enough. This makes the bench seem less secure and making odd noises etc. But once you tighten everything up it feels like a very solid and sturdy bench.

Good quality
This is well built and good quality. Looks like the ones down the gym (which is why I bought it). Works the same - only it's got an extra a hook for your feet so you can do sit-ups as well (my gym one's don't).And it folds up. Very pleased with it. :)

High quality
Really high quality, absolutely made up with this purchase. I had bought one before from Amazon and it was poor quality, so this was a really nice surprise.

Sturdy and well built!
The media could not be loaded. Awesome sturdy piece of equipment. Even better than the ones at the gym. Great range of angles for incline and decline.
