Exactly what I needed
Hate the carbon ones where you have to move the carbon sheet. The supplier I used to get these from no longer offers them. Very happy with them.

Don't mess with carbon sheets, these are the best.
Have always been the most convenient and professional forms. I only use these in my trucks.

It’s a form book for DVIR. You open it fill it out, tear off top form close the book.
