Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this set because of the trusted brand name. I tempered my expectations because the price was so good... I was pleasantly surprised when the set arrived! It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. The pieces are substantial in weight and quality and are just beautiful! I also love that it is 8 place settings- added bonus! The white color is more of a warm white which is just beautiful!

Simple and elegant looking. Comes clean in dishwasher and so far no chipping or quality issues. Great value for price.

Nice quality for everyday use
Beautiful set. I love the look and feel of them and I am happy with the round platter and vegetable bowls, but wish other pieces like sugar, creamer, gravy boat, salt & peppers were offered as well.

Better than I expected.
I got the complete set just a few days ago. Very happy with it. The color of white was nicer and warmer than expected which made me love it more.Nothing was damaged. Amazon put bubble wrap around the box from Pfaltzgraff and then in another cardboard box for extra protection.It is a unique pattern I haven’t seen anything else like it. All of the products are a good size. The mug holds 12 oz. One of the reasons I bought this set was that Pfaltzgraff makes the additional pieces which I was able to purchase . Serving bowl, platter and pasta bowls. Available through Pfaltzgraff.com. This is my second purchase of a Pfaltzgraff set. Pfaltzgraff is such an easily accessible company and their customer service is exceptional.I am sharing picture of my older JCPenney dinner plate that is almost like an artic white with the Sylvia salad plate just so one can really appreciate the warmer white color.

It's a nice set.
Beautiful, but... there was a chip in a plate, and it's such a hassle to return! Would like to replace the 1 plate, is that even possible? It was packed like that, there weren't any pieces in the box. Love the set. Great sizes of bowls and mugs.

Beautiful and great quality dishes
Absolutely love the set of dishes. Great quality and style. The product was packaged very carefully and arrived in perfect condition. It took almost two weeks to arrive but I was informed at the time I placed the order that the lead time was about two weeks so this was not an issue.

Very nice set of dinnerware
I was hesitant to buy this set of dinnerware online without being able to see and feel it but after reading the reviews I decided to purchase it and I’m very pleased. So I decided to leave a review.I liked my last set of Pfaltzgaff but I felt it was too heavy. This set is not thin by any means it has some weight to it and seems like it will hold up well. I was also concerned about breakage but this set was packaged unbelievably wellI was looking for a nice set of every day dishes these are a nice classic design and look great in white. The dinner plates are not quite as large as my last set but are definitely adequate. The bowls are a nice size and I like the mugs. I expect this set to hold up well my last set did. I had one slightly problem one of the dinner plates was slightly warped I emailed Pfaltzgaff and they responded to my email the next day saying they were sending a replacement great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to order this set of dinnerware.

Very nice set. It came packed well with nothing broken or chipped. Great value for service of 8. Lightweight compared to my stoneware. Bought this to replace10 year old set.
