Luna Sleep Aid - Non-Habit Forming Natural Sleeping Pills for Adults with Naturally Sourced Ingredients - Valerian Root, Melatonin, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, and More - 60 Vegan Capsules

I am an RN with long-standing arthritis and fibromyalgia. A good night's sleep is difficult at best and some nights it is impossible. My husband is a bad snorer which adds to the problem. I have used a number of over the counter and prescription meds on nights when I am desperate for sleep. Zolpidem is no longer covered by my insurance and is not intended for long term use (also nasty side effects), so I began researching herbal products that might offer some relief. Luna is absolutely amazing! Remember that all herbal and prescription medications offer different results for each person. That said, let me tell you about my positive experience. First off, I would like to say that the reviewers who have commented about the unpleasant taste are correct. The capsule smells like dirty socks but the bad taste lasts only a few seconds. The smell however, will stay on your hands from handling the capsule so wash well. I get around that by pouring the capsule from the bottle directly into a small paper cup and pop it into my mouth. Don't let this smell discourage you from using this wonderful and effective product. The benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience. Another FYI: you must pay attention to the time you take the product and adjust that to when you want to fall asleep. It won't take long to discover the administration time that works for you. The first night I took one capsule an hour before bedtime and it took me another half hour to fall asleep. The second night I was sleepy in about an hour and the third night it was more like 35 or 40 minutes after taking Luna. The next night I didn't take it at all and that was a big mistake that I won't make again. I had a hard time falling asleep and was awake at 3:30 am, finally getting up an hour later. When taking Luna, the quality of my sleep is excellent and when I wake up, I enjoy the restful feeling so much that I don't want to get out of bed! No grogginess at all, which is a big change from other sleep aids. This formula makes you feel very calm and relaxed and that feeling lasts all day and night. I also take prednisone for my flare-ups which makes me feel irritable and edgy and this really helps to level out my mood. My husband started taking Luna too and he is sleeping much better. He has sleep apnea and uses oxygen via a nasal cannula at night. He usually wakes up multiple times and falling back to sleep can be problematic. With Luna, he not only falls asleep quickly but stays asleep until time to get up. I have noticed that the duration and loudness of his snoring is greatly reduced now. What a blessing that is! I have not seen this reported in other reviews so don't know if others experience this or not. For us, it is a just wonderful plus. Luna is an answer to my prayers. I just ordered more today - don't want to ever run out! So glad I decided to try it.

Well, I was extremely skeptical about these at first. Could they really do what they claimed to do? I have a son with ADHD, combined type, and generalized anxiety, who has a terrible time getting to sleep at night. He does take a very mild medication to assist him in getting to sleep, but it's just not enough. The medicine helps him get to sleep, but not stay asleep throughout the night. So we searched online to find something natural that might help him get a good night's sleep when we found these on Amazon. The reviews looked good enough. However, we couldn't find anything mentioning how these chewables tasted or how big they were. My son is very picky, and he has an aversion to the taste of most vitamins, so that was a big concern for us. We found out that the flavor was "tropical berry", and luckily, my son agreed to at least try them, thinking he could swallow them if he didn't like the taste and if they were small enough. We bought them, figuring we'd give them a try as we were pretty desperate to find something to help him. So really, what did we have to lose? They came speedy fast and immediately after receiving them, we had our son try them out before bed. The first night they made my son a little sleepier than usual which was nice, but we hadn't gotten the full effect just yet, as it takes a few days to weeks for that to happen. We're now a few weeks out and it works like magic. We give it to him right before bed, and he is now getting a full night's rest. He's even sleeping in, which is so unusual for him. He's always been the kid up before us around 5:30 - 6:00 am in the morning. This supplement has been great for us. Another plus is my son is sleeping so well, he's sleeping in his own bed now without coming into our bed in the middle of the night. I'm so glad we gave these a try. One negative is my son is not crazy about the taste of the chewables. He thinks they're too sour (which sounds good to me) so he chews it fast and swallows it partially whole as it's small enough (see my picture). He's still getting the full effects though, and I am happy that their natural and that they don't interact with the medicine he already takes. I do recommend these to anyone with an ADHD child or a child with anxiety to calm them down so they can get a good sleep throughout the night.

This works really well as an alternative to medicines to aid sleeping. I found the casing made it a little hard to swallow. As in, I felt it was stuck in my throat and I had to chug a ton of water. But it did the trick and I fell asleep quickly and didn’t wake up a million times as usual. Was a little groggy in the am but no more than with melatonin or any other sleep aid. I would definitely recommend, it’s a good product

I like the combination in this capsule better than just melatonin alone. Pure Melatonin makes me too dizzy. This product really helped put me asleep and keep me asleep. If I get up before 8 hours since taking, I do feel a bit woozy (like to get up and go to the bathroom). But I did not notice a "hangover" the next morning, which is important to me.

I bought this product to help me fall asleep, and when I wake up for a potty break to help me get back to sleep faster. I started with one pill a night for three days and that did not work. Then I went to two pills a night and then I couldn't get to sleep fast and when I woke up I had extreme anxiety and could not get back to sleep I laid there like a zombie.There is something in this product that my body did not react well to and therefore I am returning the product. Be aware that this is not the product for everyone and certainly not for me. Does not do what it is advertised to do. Beware.

I felt strange during the day. But I knew this was because of the melatonin. Didn’t help me sleep what so ever even after taking two before bed time.EDIT: Customer service was amazing. Responded quickly and refunded my money.

( DOUBLE ACTIONS- SUBLINGALE- GOUTTES-GUMMY ,ETC) Bref des effets secondaires j' en ai vu de toutes les couleurs ( RÊVES TROP RÉELS, CAUCHEMARS ATTROCES , MEGA MAL DE TÊTE , NAUSÉES, ETC .) Pour faire un résumé c' est la sorte qui fait la différence ! Depuis que j'ai essayé LUNA depuis un mois maintenant là je peux dire que CE PRODUIT EST FAIT POUR MOI et pour ceux pour qui ça ne fonctionne pas ! Ne baissez pas les bras ! Continuez de chercher ! Moi ça m' a pris 20 ans avant de trouver ce produit ! Mais en 2004 il n' y avait pas autant de possibilités !
