Q: what is the difference between the white box "nerve tonic" and blue box "nerve tonic stress relief" besides the price?

The white box contains the smaller white melt away tablets; the blue box has the original oval tablets and you take them with water like normal pills. The ones that dissolve in your mouth seem to go to work faster and you can take them no matter where you are because you don't need water.

Q: How does this compare to other OTCs, like 5-HTC?

this goes under your tongue and dissolves very fast. goes to work immediately in your bloodstream. the only thing that works in my book. tried 5-htp and had back effects, couldn't sleep. this taken before bed relieves anxiety. no after effects. great during the day without tiredness. these are minerals your body already needs.

Q: What is the difference between sleep and calms?

I don't think this product is a product that helps you "sleep" like melatonin. What it does (for me) is relax/calm my nervous system so I get a deep good night's sleep. When the Naturopath suggested I take this (only 4 before bed) I reluctantly ordered because I thought I was getting good sleep. I was shocked at the quality of sleep I had. I even started to dream. I take only 4 tablets and within 10-15 minutes I find myself yawning and relaxed drifting off to a deep restful night's sleep. I would highly, and have to friends, recommend this product to improve the quality of one's sleep.
