Efficace. Con una minima pressione si riesce a creare un buon rilascio della muscolatura delle gambe.Maneggevole. A differenza di altri stick, questo piegandosi mi pare in grado di massaggiare meglio punti del dorso più difficili da raggiungere con i modelli rigidi.

I use this more than my foam rollers
I already have foam rollers of different sizes from this company. And they are excellent. But I wanted something I could use easily just prior to a run or when standing. This meets those needs perfectly. I use this just prior to a run and straight afterwards. My Doms are less and the recovery is quicker. I also wanted a flexible unit. And am glad I paid to get the flexible one. It makes it much easier to use. Plus due to its size it's easy to put into a gym bag.
