⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Luxurious Cleanser with the Most Delicious Scent!
This balm is *heaven in a jar*! The **Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm in Cherry** not only melts away every trace of makeup and sunscreen, but it also turns my nighttime skincare routine into a mini spa experience. The texture is rich and buttery it glides on effortlessly and emulsifies beautifully with water. My skin feels incredibly soft, clean, and nourished afterward, never stripped or tight. And the scent? Absolutely divine. The cherry fragrance is subtle, warm, and comforting without being overpowering. It’s the perfect twist on the classic balm.I’ve tried a lot of cleansing balms, and this one feels truly special. A little goes a long way, so the jar lasts longer than you’d expect. It’s worth every penny and has quickly become a must-have in my routine.

Addicted to this cleanser
I first bought this on Prime Day in July in the travel size, because I just wanted to see what all the fuss was about. It's legit. I don't use it the way the directions suggest. I put a schmear on my fingers and rub it in, then use a microfiber cleansing pad (Makeup Eraser brand) to wash it off. It does a great job, smells good, and leaves my rosacea-prone sensitive skin feeling clean, but not stripped of moisture. I would suggest using a makeup remover first for mascara. It's expensive for sure, but it's worth it. Definitely recommend.

Great Make Up Remover
I love this balm! I prefer the smaller travel size over the full-size jar—it still lasts me at least a month or two and is great for on-the-go. The texture is rich and smooth, it effectively removes makeup, and I really enjoy the spa-like scent. I have sensitive, dry skin, and this balm doesn’t irritate it at all. I usually follow up with a second cleanser, though that may not be necessary depending on your skin type and how much makeup you wear. Overall, this Elemis cleansing balm leaves my skin clean, soft, and refreshed. The price is reasonable for the quality and brand. Highly recommend!

Worth the splurge
My favorite Elemis cleansing balm. A little goes a long way, so it lasts a while. A great quality product that leaves my skin feeling super clean, soft and it has a light almost citrusy scent that I love. Worth the splurge.

Expensive but travel handy
Crazy expensive but perfectly sized for travel when I cant bring my full sized facewash in my handbag. It really does take the day off (I dont wear makeup) and leaves my skin soft and hydrated.

Dream Balm!!!
I love this cleansing balm. It’s silky soft and the hint of rose smells like a dream! I use a small amount and massage it in. Wipe off with a hot muslin towel. It is a bit pricey but worth it. Leaves my face super clean and soft.

Moisturizing
Amazing product. Just a tap to get on fingertip is enough to take off makeup and leave skin feeding amazingly clean, soft and moisturized. I love this product.

Great price, not sure if this is the best place to buy
I usually buy this from Dermstore or Ulta, but this was priced much lower and sold directly from Amazon, who Elemis lists as a retailer as of 7/18/2022. It's a long time favorite skin care item and typically removes makeup like a charm and has done wonders for my skin. It's been perfect in my dry climate and I saw improved texture and reduced breakouts after a few weeks of use. I initially balked at the price, but a few years ago I splurged. After realizing a full size usually lasts close to 6 months, it became my go to night time cleanser.Worth noting that some claim the small size is a better deal, but when comparing product amount by weight, the large size is definitely the better price per oz or gram. 3 small containers do not equal the large size amount. While I love the product, I'm not sure if this particular container is the real deal, or if there are storage issues with Amazon. The consistency and scent seems a bit off in this jar, like maybe it's old stock or wasn't stored properly. The bottom label is slightly different, which may just be a normal change. It seems that the Poids Net verbiage is gone, so I don't know if there are changes to product made specifically for the US market versus product that is also sold in Canada/EU. It may just be a label change, they happen. This jar is a bit oilier than usual in the container. It's normally quite solid in the jar and then emulsifies when applied. This jar is not exactly separated, but definitely softer in the container than I'm used to seeing. Photos show the label of my empty and the new jar from Amazon along with a new travel size purchased from Ulta next to the recent Amazon purchase. Following the Amazon link from the approved e-tailers listed on Elemis, this is where you land if you select Pro-Collagen Cleansing balm. Other than the bottom label, the packaging, insert, and included washcloth all appeared to be identical to past purchases made elsewhere. The original is lavender and eucalyptus scented, and while often bothered by fragrance, it has never irritated my skin, caused breakouts, or been an issue. I've purchased both the original and unscented versions in the past. The jar from Amazon doesn't seem to be as fragrant as usual, which is not necessarily a problem. I probably should have started a return, but I was out, and it arrived before the travel size. That said, I've been using it without any ill effects. I assume it's legit, but again, not sure if it's backstock or if Amazon's warehouse temps are creating the difference in consistency. The usual product is phenomenal, and as someone who believes that cleanser is usually the least likely to have real benefit, I've been proven incorrect by Elemis balm. I'm just not sure this is the best place to purchase it and will likely go back to other retailers to restock. It's great for double cleansing, however, if rinsed and then followed by a damp washcloth, it comes off completely. I've been using this method for a few years now and it seems to work better for me than a double cleanse. I've used many Elemis products, and frankly, this is the only one I've repurchased. The other products are fine, but there are plenty of less expensive options that work just as well or better for my skin type. I've tried other cleansing balms but keep coming back to this.Bottom line, long time skin care fave, but I think there are better places to buy it despite the lower price.
