WARNING!!! THESE ARE SECOND HAND PRODUCTS, NOT NEW
If Amazon wants it I have an email from [email protected] saying: "Dear Customer,Your previous order is amazon recycled our secondhand products, not by our store".I ordered a rear camera for my Ford Explorer 2013. When I installed it, I have a signal, I can operate the zoom, but the white lines were fixed to the left as you can see in the first pic, and no dashed black line in the center. I start my contact with Becantech. First, they offered me a 10% refund (??) I told them no, I don't need a refund I need a product that works as it is expected to do. Second, they asked me to ask for a new camera, but this time from its webpage. The camera there has an overprice of 48 %. I did it and also I ask Amazon for a replacement. The replacement came, and you can see it in the second pic. The image is much wider, you can see the truck's plate also, the fixed green, yellow and red lines are barely visible and the white lines are, again fix. Both cameras were fine through the FORScan calibration process. When I send both pictures to Becantech, they replied that is because the cameras came from different batches. Different batches??? Any manufacturer in the world work with batches, but it does not mean that you receive a black left shoe and a white right shoe "because they came from different batches". They have ZERO quality control. They send two different products as if they were one. What I thought is that these people from Becantech groups several Chinese auto parts manufacturers and they collect or buy what the main brand discard, "the second (or third) selection" and they sell it to you as genuine OEM replacement parts. WHICH THEY ARE NOT. Bottom line. If you want a camera to see what you have behind you, and to save some bucks, go ahead, if you have a camera that behaves as the OEM part, forget about this junk.

It works well, BUT...
The media could not be loaded. I have a FORD 2013 Ford Explorer Limited and my problem was that my OEM camera would show the zoomed in view 95% of the time and it was reversed (Left was right and viceversa) making the backup camera virtually unusable. About 3% of the time I would get no picture and the message to take it to the dealer and about 2% of the time the camera would actually work correctly as the images labelled 'OEM Camera' show. When the camera was showing the 'Zoomed In' view, the audible sensor warning would still go off when I was getting to close to an object.I did all the things most of the internet fixes show including removing the OEM camera and cleaning the connection, taking off the liftgate trim and checking for corrosion on the plug connection inside the liftgate trim (I had none) and even putting in an extra ground connection on the wires at the top of the liftgate.None of these worked, so I figured this camera was worth a shot. Better to spend $79 rather then $400 right? (Or whatever the dealer price is)I installed this new camera (no problems- went in easy) and it works but with some caveats:The field of view is wider than the OEM so now you can see part of the number plate that you could not see before. Not really a big deal. The picture seems clearer but without being able to see it side by side it's hard to tell. Maybe it's just more contrast? The electronic guide lines for the tires now appear onto the bumper (compared to the OEM) but they still look generally accurate. (I have not verifed this) These lines are not painted on like another review mentioned. They are generated electronically and you can see them move in the video. Also the enhanced colored squares that show you are getting close to an object do not work in the Dasbecan camera. You can kind of see their ghost outline but they do not come on. The delay setting still works. The zoom function on the Dasbecan camera does not work but I hardly ever used that function anyway. In summary I can now use my backup Camera, see the image the right way, the lines are good guides and the audio sensors still work and grow in intensity as you get closer to an object.Bottom Line: So long as it stays working and I can use it for Reverse, I'm Ok with that. 4 out of 5 for doing what it should. Hope this review helps other folks.

Empressed with camera!
Worked great on my 2015 Ford Explorer. With minor adjustment to the track slots, that slips onto the camera holder, it centered perfectly. The clarity is much better than factory camera. There are no white lines on mine, like I’ve heard on other reviews.

Only lasted a year
The clarity and color can not be beat. Have only had a little over a year and having to replace it.

Backup Camera for 2013 Ford Explorer XLT 3.5L V6
I bought this knowing it would not be OEM. I seen some people say the Safety Grid Lines turn when you move the Steering wheel. That wasn’t the case for me.. But it works for 34 bucks and now I have a reverse camera “fast fix”. Until I get a Ford OEM Backup Camera for my 2013 Ford Explorer XLT 3.5L V6. For the price it is worth it.. Just don’t expect High Quality OEM Backup Camera for this price. Item was purchased at night and came around 5am the next morning so… super fast shipping and it does work… Maybe I could use forscan to get the line to move but.. when you reverse for a whole 10 seconds.. moving grid lines are not a deal breaker for me…
