Works great! We are able to hear through the glass in our office much better. Delivered quickly, no issues so far.

An effective and affordable intercom system for businesses or service points with physical barriers, offering clear sound, easy installation, and useful features such as volume control and recording. It works well to improve interaction with customers through windows or counters.

Microphone works great. Outdoor speaker is hard to hear on loud environments.

The system was easy to set-up and fairly easy to use but was broken after only 1 week of normal use.

This was a real easy, out-of-the-box set-up and use device. It works as expected and the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is: in order to hear the other side, the volume level inside with the microphones and speaker close together, (only separated by glass,) there tends to be a slight buzzing sound. Not overly bad and I may be nit-picking for perfection but this is an honest review and if I needed a second one, I would buy this same model again because it works well.

Perfect for transaction windows.

I like the fact it’s a power unit, not battery. It is very easy to set up and use and it’s nice that I can carry on a conversation through a window without having to yell. The only bad thing is my situation requires me to change locations so I can’t stick the outside microphone portion to the window.

I needed an intercom solution that would go a long distance over wires. Performance is exactly the same when plugged in directly vs using a 100 foot extension.
